ChatGPT usage

This open-source app visualizes your ChatGPT usage patterns through a heatmap.

All processing happens locally in your browser, so your data remains private.

To get started:

1. Open ChatGPT's Settings page either on the website or in the app.
2. Under Data Controls, select Export Data (OpenAI will email you a download link.)
3. Download and extract the zip file.
4. Select conversations.json in the zip folder using the button below.
